All orders are shipped the same day when placed before 3:00 PM EST (except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska).

Freedom To Eat strives to keep our prices as low as possible without compromising the quality and efficacy of our products; however, from time to time circumstances may arise where we may need to change prices or product formulations without advance notice.

Return Policy

Due to our pledge for high quality we do not accept returns on supplements, even un-opened products.  This is due to factors outside of our control regarding storage and transportation.   Therefore you can feel safe that no product you purchase from us has been restocked or sold before.

Refunds

Refunds or order cancellations requested prior to products being shipped or on back ordered products will be refunded minus the processing fees we incur at point of sale.

We do not refund credit card and transaction fees. These fees and costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Shipping & Handling

Unless requested in writing by email, we ship out via UPS or FedEx ground within the contiguous United States, which typically takes 3-4 business days to arrive. If you have not received your products within that time frame, please reach out to us via email [email protected].

As we use third-party services and do our best to fix the cost for your benefit, shipping costs are not refunded for any reason.
